Description
Vital Signs is a public health service announcement that was created as a part of the Health Information Project by the University of California, San Francisco in 1973. Dr. Robert Day speaks about the changing, and increasingly casual, perception and uses of drugs in society. He cautions against buying into economically-motivated drug advertisements that promote a "drug-oriented society."
