Photograph caption dated July 1, 1964 reads "Ex-UCLA all-American Walt Hazzard displays his ball-handling talents for Ollie Carter last night at Pierce College. Hazzard, playing for Modugno Brothers in Pierce's summer basketball league, chipped in nine points as his team rolled over Garvin Tire, 71-45, for their third straight victory without a loss. Modugno Brothers are tied currently with Powers Realty for the lead with identical 3-0 records." Los Angeles Pierce College is in Woodland Hills.
