Landscape depicting home and gardens of Leo Sullivan. Done in impressionistic style with cool tones of blue, green and splashes of pink and purple. Signed lower right "Chas. H. Harmon". Sullivan's house was located on The Alameda between Park and San Fernando (now demolished).
