Description
Photograph caption dated June 22, 1965 reads, "The huge, 40-foot-tall Pilgrimage Cross above Cahuenga Pass, overlooking the Hollywood Freeway and Bowl, is almost completely rebuilt. Early last Easter morning arsonists set fire to the cross, causing extensive damage."
