Description: Image of two men wearing suits in a confrontation on a balcony; the poster advertises the melodrama "The Planter's Wife" by James K. Tillotson.
Local copy is fragment of poster; probable date based on general show and printer histories; the play was first performed in 1880 and T. Sinclair & Son operated until 1888. "Thos Sinclair & Son, Lith [?]"--text, bottom margin. "Do you take back / the damn [?]"--text, caption, bottom.
