Description: "Ground has been broken for construction of a 14-story Park Executive Plaza office tower at 10th and L Streets. On hand for the event were mayor Richard Marriott, center, and Harold Nielsen, left, president of Nielson-Nickles Co., the firm which will construct the building, and James Didion of Caldwell, Banker & Co., wth leasing agent. The structure, which will feature a lower level restaurant, will take approximately 20 months to build"
