Description: View of front of the Griffith Park observatory and planetarium. The building was constructed between 1933 and 1935. Lawns and walks have been installed, but have not had long to grow up. Shows north facade of building with Classical Moderne style. Built in 1935. Archtects: John C. Austin and Frederick M. Ashley. Photographers negative no. C1-PC on verso of picture.
