Photo caption reads: "In broken walls, twisted doors and shattered windows, investigators seek answer to their question whether the Garment Capitol building explosion was caused by bomb or accident. The blast occurred at the fifth floor. They examine a wall forced outward at the first floor by pressure in an elevator shaft behind the wall. Left to right, Chief of Detectives Joe Taylor, Lieut. Frank James, Capt. Bert Lynn, Lieut R. S. Hamilton." Photo dated: Oct. 30, 1930.
