Photograph caption dated July 5, 1955 reads, "Receiving framed charter of Panorama City 20-30 Club is Art Borland, seated left, president; Les Engel, first vice president and John Connolly, second vice president. Presenting charter to Borland is, standing left, Jim Groves of Granada Hills 20-30 Club; Mike Taylor, district governor of 20-30 international and Bill Reno, lieutenant governor. This raises total of Valley 20-30 clubs to seven."
