Description: This July 18, 1943, photograph shows McClellan baseball player Al Androvich, posing with a baseball bat. To start the second half of a season that McClellan had won the first half of, the Sacramento team faced Fresno's Hammer Field on this date, and the day prior, splitting the contests 11 to 5 and 2 to 5, respectively, at Fresno. Both squads were members of the Central California Servicemen's League.
