Franklin can be seen running from the foreground to the background at right, and a concrete sidewalk parallels it at center. Spanish-style houses can be seen at left, while a large grassy mound can be seen in the foreground at left. Palm trees can be seen along Franklin and Serrano Avenue, which intersects Franklin at center. An early automobile can be seen at right.
