Photograph article dated June 26, 1961 partially reads, "Mr. and Mrs. Norman Horton, 17163 Roscoe Blvd., Northridge, celebrate their golden wedding anniversary tomorrow. They were honored Sunday at an open house reception in their home by their family and friends. The Hortons are the parents of three daughters and two sons. They are Opal (Mrs. Edward) Peo of Canoga Park; Norma (Mrs. Alvah) Griffin of Manhattan Beach; Marjorie (Mrs. Harold) Dalton, also of Manhattan Beach; Wilmot Horton, Reseda, and Gerald Horton, Burbank. The couple have 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren."
