Photograph caption dated December 19, 1959 reads "Roy Young, 3, right, may wonder later why Santa Claus already knows what Roy wants for Christmas. Behind that beard is his mother, Mrs. Thurman Young, who played Santa for Roy, his buddy Patrick Howell, 2, and other youngsters at United Cerebral Palsy Association's nursery in Panorama City. Terra Bella Garden Club put on party. Parties for tots and older children at center also were sponsored by Girl Scout Troop 1148 of Van Nuys, Spastic Children's League Valley Committee and Cub Scout Pack 438 of Granada Hills."
