Description
Photograph of two general views of Alaska, edited together, showing a long train track at top, 1935. Two pictures appear to be spliced together on a vertical photoprint, with two train scenes depicted on both the top and bottom. In the upper shot, a track runs to the right of the banks of a lake, with a thick row of trees at its right. Mountains can be seen beneath the clouds in the distance. In the lower shot, a railroad track is visible curving sharply to the left. The track appears to be emerging from a large tunnel. Groups of trees and mountain ranges can be seen in the extreme background.
