View of the side-by-side Hill Street tunnels, looking north from 1st Street. Two sets of trolley tracks can be seen emerging from the tunnel on the left. The tunnel on the right is for automobiles and possibly pedestrians. Directly above is a railing and stairway, to the right, cars can be seen parked on a lot next to a hill. And above the hill, two large boardinghouses are visible.
