Photograph originally taken in 1963. Photograph snipe dates February 28, 1964 reads, ""Municipal Judge. Nancy Cannon in her chambers. She is going to spend her vacation at the Jack Ruby trial in Dallas as a courtroom observer. She is on a judicial committee for USC. She says 'It's a busman's holiday.' She is leaving Los Angeles by plane on March 1 for Dallas."" Photograph caption dated March 1, 1964 reads, ""A lift for Dallas: Judge Nancy Cannon. She'll observe Ruby trial for SC law group."" In 1965, Judge Cannon changed her first name from Nancy to Noel.
