Description: Shown in a late 1961 program for the dedication of the Sacramento Senior Citizens Center, located in Marshall Park at Twenty-Seventh and J streets. The 166,000 dollar project was completed in late 1961 and would be open seven days a week from 10 am to 10 pm.
