Exterior view of Bovard Hall, U.S.C.'s Administration building. View is looking south on University Avenue. Note the arches over the windows, the architectural designs on the building and carved statues on the tower. Students may be seen coming and going in front of the building. Date built: 1921. Architects: John and Donald Parkinson. Photo dated: July 12, 1939.
