Description
Newspaper clipping from the Express contains two articles related to the Los Angeles Aqueduct dated fifty and twenty five years previous to then current news clipping. First article proposes an idea to construct an aqueduct from the Owens River to Los Angeles. Second article describes William Mulholland's opinion of Independence residents as many worry about the effects of the aqueduct on the small city.
