Image of the military camp of the 5th New York Heavy Artillery Regiment in Harpers Ferry, (now) West Virginia; rows of buildings and groups of soldiers at center; camp activity, artillery, horse-drawn wagons and women hanging laundry on a line at the edges of camp; American bald eagle at top center with banner and Union shield.
