Photograph caption reads: "Oliver, a man-like ape who has scientists confused and may be the "missing link," walks with handler Bill Sell, right, as he makes his Southern California debut at Enchanted Village in Buena Park". The 32-acre Enchanted Village theme park was established on the premises of the defunct Japanese Village and Deer Park in Buena Park and opened on June 18, 1976. It had trained animal shows, a traditional styled Polynesian show and a few rides. The park closed in the fall of 1977.
