Photograph article dated November 1, 1950 partially reads, "A nationally-known Valley lecturer and authority on the Soviet Union today warned of the possibility of the third World War at a joint meeting of the Optimist Clubs of North Hollywood and Studio City. Robert C. Ritter, 7675 Verdugo Crestline Dr., Tujunga, principal speaker at the meeting, held at the North Hollywood Y.M.C.A., said, 'We must bring to bear every ounce of power we can muster in a determined effort to make Communist Russia understand that aggression will no longer be tolerated, or we are going to be enmeshed in another global conflict.'"
