The article partially reads, "Van Nuys police have arrested five teenagers, including two girls, who allegedly desecrated a Catholic church and stole $1,700 worth of religious articles. Most of the items stolen from St. Elizabeth [sic] Church, 6628 Cedros Ave., Van Nuys, last Friday were recovered - a $1,400 tabernacle removed from the altar, three cups used in celebrating the Mass, statues of the Virgin Mary and infant Jesus and a number of rosaries and medallions."
