Description: Photo shows a construction scene at Westlake Park, when Wilshire Blvd. was being extended over the lake. This scene shows work being done on the pedestrian tunnel, probably on the east side of the lake. Caption reads, "...photo shows the construction of a pedestrian tunnel, which will enable persons in the park to walk under the boulevard." Photo dated: May 21, 1934.
