A 1950s decal depicting male and female version of Sacramento Junior College's (now Sacramento City College) mascot, the Panther. It was produced by the Angelus Pacific Company. Their head artist Arthur "Art" Evans was a prolific mascot artist responsible for a wide range of mascot designs across the United States.
