Description
Two of the three illegal aliens look agape at Los Angeles and seem to wonder: was it worth it? The aliens were trapped under tons of 14-inch steel pipes which had almost crushed them to death when the cargo shifted aboard the freight train they had hidden on. They managed to get out only after firemen had cut away one end of the car. These two and a third crawled right into the arms of Immigration officials. Photo dated: March 3, 1953.
