Description
People sit in benches around a circular flower bed in Plaza Park, now Plaza de Cesar Chavez. On the far left is the edge of the USO building which stood at the south end of Plaza Park. Several automobiles are parked on this section of Market Street. Across Market Street is the Civic Auditorium on the right and Montgomery Theater on the left.
