Description
Crowded parking lot full of automobiles and spectators at a small marina, as sailboat crews prepare their boats for a regatta. A man in a sailor's uniform can be seen in one of the boats. There are several palm trees on the shore, with short, Spanish-style buildings on the docks. Other buildings line the waterfront, with a hill rising behind them. From a strip of Eastman Plus X negatives showing vacation images from somewhere in California. There are two primary settings: 1) A multi-story Spanish-colonial resort set amidst trees, that appears to be near a river or lake with a stone arch bridge above a swimming area. There also appears to be a golf course nearby. 2) Small sailboats participating in a sailing regatta in a body of water with hills in the background and a small harbor and marina with parking lot and stucco buildings along the shore. Related images are also found in 1993-12-79 and possibly 1993-12-75.
