Description: Photograph caption dated June 16, 1954 reads "Tiny charges. Hand full of baby parakeets hours old are examined by Mrs. Kaefer. In four weeks parakeets learn to fly and soon are on their own. Shipments are made via air express to all states and prices range from $4 to $50 each."
