Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated September 18, 1963 reads, "Stan Hinds works with North Hollywood contractor Jay Ben Jacobs in the final month of a three-month project to clean up and make sparkle 17 apartment house units and a house at 4642 1/2 Vineland Ave. Hinds said he plans to complete his project with new landscaping, installation of air conditioning and new stucco fronts.
