Santalistan/Santal Parganas, North India. Rev. Siram Soren and wife Mahan Soren. Siram Soren (born 1844) was the first to be baptized in the Mission, 28th March 1869. Rev. Siram Soren became the first pastor, ordained 1876. He served at Aludoha, Santalistan, 1876-81. Then in the Assam Colony from 1881 to his death in 1894.
