Description
Photograph article dated August 26, 1957 partially reads, "Robert F. Feindel, Burbank, has been formally installed as governor of District 52 of Toastmasters International. He received his credentials from Executive Secretary Ted Blanding, at the 26th annual convention of Toastmasters International, held Aug. 21 to 24 at the Statler Hilton Hotel, Dallas, Tex. Governor Feindel will serve one year. There are 41 clubs in the district over which he will preside, which includes a portion of Los Angeles, Glendale, Burbank and San Fernando Valley to Ventura County Line."
