View Park Library, circa 1955-1956. View Park Library was founded in 1940 and serves the View Park-Windsor Hills residents of the unincorporated area west of the City of Los Angeles north of the City of Inglewood and southeast of the city of Culver City. Library service was provided through a leased facility of 2,300 square feet, located at 5400 S. Harcourt Avenue at 54th Street.
