Description
The DWP General Office Building was designed by Albert C. Martin and Associates and completed in 1964 to the cost of $26,700,000. In November 2000, in honor of longtime council member John Ferraro, the structure was renamed the John Ferraro Building. The Dorothy Chandler Pavilion was designed by Welton Becket and built between 1962-64.
