Description
Interior of Mount Wilson Observatory's Pasadena machine shop, from southwest corner. A central row of machines runs the length of the room, with their timing belts running vertically above them to others suspended from the ceiling. The exterior wall of windows is on the left hand side; the storage areas suspended from the ceiling are seen on the right. At the far end of the room, several doors and doorways are visible. The interior walls appear to be painted brick.
