Description
Peter F. Drucker article on the necessity of non-profit organizations and how they can improve their efficiency and productivity. Drucker states how, now that era of 1980s greed is over, people are willing to contribute to non-profit organizations. He then relates how non-profit organizations can double their donations by tripling their productivity, which can be accomplished, he claims, by introducing traditional private sector management techniques.
