Description
Shown in circa 1995 is a locomotive of the Yolo Shortline Railroad. Started in the winter of 1991, the line hauled sugar products, coke and grain from West Sacramento to Clarksburg. In a matter of a few years, it stretched its run to 26-miles, from Clarksburg to Woodland. Tourist-oriented excursions were also a part of company offerings. The line became the Sierra Railroad in 1996.
