Description
32 City employees in group portrait on the steps of the old City Hall. Accompanied by a sheet identifying all of them by position in the photograph. Includes Michael Antonacci (center left, wearing glasses and bow-tie, looking at camera). This image is included on page 91 of the Images of America Palm Haven title, with the following caption: Palm Haven's involvement in city government can be partly seen in this photograph of San Jose city staff. At top left, looking away, is city manager Clarence Goodwin. Standing at rear, fourth from the right in a hat, glasses, and fluffy collar, is the eminent poet, author, and city head librarian Edith Daley. And standing at the far right in a bow tie is police judge Percy O'Connor.
