Photograph of a housing exhibition in the basement of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce building, January 1938. A booth can be seen in the foreground at left. A bamboo wall forms the back of the booth, and a nude mannequin is visible at left. Fake flowers and trees decorate the booth. Several lighting fixtures can be seen on display at another booth at right. Lamps and sprinklers can be seen hanging from the ceiling overheald. Several large rectangular pillars are visible in the background. Legible signs include, from left: "Equipment", "Display Creations in the modern manner by Grossman and Silvers Inc, Los Angeles", and "Intern[ational]".
