Title supplied by cataloger. The "Castle" was a large Queen Anne style house built around 1882 and once owned by Daniel Donegan. It was Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument #27.; Built in the 1880s, the "Salt Box" was Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument #5.; In March 1969, both structures were relocated to Heritage Square, but seven months later, they were invaded by vandals and burned to the ground.
