Description
"A portion of a huge sculpture reminiscent of the Japanese art of paper folding was positioned Wednesday at the new county administration center at 8th and I Streets. Two other installations and painted steel sculptures will be placed at the center. The cost is $100,000. All of the works were done by Seigi Shimizu, a Japanese artist. The sculpture installation will be one of the final phases of the center, scheduled for occupancy late this year"
