Image shows full-length view of five members of the Art Jury standing in the backyard of the Earl William Gard residence located on Via Campesina. Identified from left to right are: 1. James F. Dawson (landscape architect); 2. Robert Farquhar (architect); 3. Jay Lawyer (General Manager); 4. David Allison (architect); and 5. Charles H. Cheney (city planner.) The two-story, fourteen-room Mediterranean-style stucco Gard home received the Palos Verdes Art Jury award for most notable architecture of 1927.
