Description
Microfilm of a diary kept by Theodocia Collier in 1885. The diary, kept at Provo, recounts her daily activities including domestic chores, farm work, church activities, and family news. She also writes of the difficulties of raising children. All inquiries about this item should be directed to the H. Russell Smith Foundation Curator of Western Historical Manuscripts at the Huntington Library, San Marino, CA. On the same reel (frames 1-16) as MSS MFILM 00176 and MSS MFILM 00179. Microfilm. Theodocia Keeler Collier (1858-1912) was born in Provo, Utah. She married Joab Collier in 1877 and was the mother of sixteen children. She died in Vernal, Utah, in 1912.
