Description
Photograph caption dated August 13, 1963 reads "Chapter president." The article partially reads "Parents Without Partners, a national organization with a chapter in the Valley, was established in 1957 to serve the specific needs of men, women and children who are victims of divorce, separation or death of a mate. 'PWP does not give answers, but helps its members find their own answers,' explained Mrs. Teddy Cagan, Van Nuys, president of the Valley chapter."
