Description
From a rowboat, two heroic newspaper reporters, "Magellan" Eldridge and "Balboa" Watson photograph the floodwaters in the Los Angeles River that have compromised the Southern Pacific Railroad bridge near Elysian Park. Photograph dated March, 1938.
