Description: Interior photograph, music room, Doheny Mansion, 8 Chester Place, Los Angeles, California, 1933. The art case piano was designed for Edward L. Doheny by Steinway and Sons, in 1902. A portrait of Cary Estelle Doheny by Howard Chandler Christy hangs on the wall. Seen in the mirror to the right is the Christy portrait of Edward L. Doheny on the opposite wall. Below that is a photograph of Doheny's good friend, tenor John McCormack.
