Title supplied by cataloger. Peter Shaffer's play, Amadeus, ran at the Shubert Theatre (demolished in 2002) from December 5, 1982 to January 30, 1983. The rest of the ABC Entertainment Center was demolished in 2004 and the site was replaced with 2000 Avenue of the Stars, an office complex designed by Gensler. The Century Plaza Hotel (center), as seen from the center walkway of the multi-level ABC Entertainment Center plaza at sunset in November 1982. Also visible are the Plitt Century Plaza Theatres at Century Plaza 2 (left), the fountain in the median of Avenue of the Stars (center), various businesses throughout the plaza, and theatergoers at the box office of the Shubert Theatre (right). Signage outside the Shubert indicates that tickets for forthcoming performances of Peter Shaffer's play Amadeus are currently on sale.
