Photograph of a World's Fair palm tree on West Twelth Street, July 1936. An automobile can be seen parked to the left along the sidewalk, while the palm itself stands in the front yard of the leftmost of the two visible houses on the block. A brick wall grown with what is possibly ivy can be seen to the left, a billboard just above it. A utility pole stands just in front of the palm tree.
