Title transcribed from item. Signed on mount, "Frederick Monsen." Monsen's handwritten label on back says: "Navajo Hogan in Canyon de Chelly. During the summer, hundreds of Navajo live in the canyons and their hogans (houses) can be seen at almost every turn."
