Description
Prototype push button and timer-controlled broadcast radio receiver, made by Harold Elliot, likely for a demonstration to Galvin Manufacturing. Elliott built this prototype, housed inside a woman's makeup case, to demonstrate the use of push buttons to tune the radio to local Bay Area stations. The clock could be set to automatically change stations for a favorite regularly scheduled program. Removable lid.
